Shipping policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays. Orders that are placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the following business day. Orders that are placed after 12:00PM on a Friday, are not processed until the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to the nature of the product.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Only standard shipping is offered.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times are also calculated on business days. Weekends are not included in shipping estimates.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Chunique Chihuahuas ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and armed forces locations. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Chunique Chihuahuas is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please reach out to info@chuniquechihuahuas.com with any questions. Providing pictures and/or video of the damaged product with initial contact to Chunique Chihuahuas can help expedite the damage assessment.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Again, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Chunique Chihuahuas will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. Please reach out to info@chuniquechihuahuas.com with any issues that need to be resolved!
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.

Chunique Chihuahuas will reach out to the printing company to help facilitate a solution. For stolen packages law enforcement may need to be involved. A return of funds and/or a replacement may be initiated after the investigation.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized prints). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
